I’m Kerrie and I’m the founder and creator of the Global Institute for Women’s Embodiment. I support women just like you to create a secure and magnetic embodiment through somatic and energetic inner work so they can create deeply fulfilling lives and relationships.
My goal is to get you out of the past through targeted and proven somatic and energetic practices, and into the present moment of your own embodiment. So you can stop creating from the same patterns that your parents did, and start creating true beauty for YOURSELF!
I began this work for myself because I wanted to work out WHY.
WHY I was doing all the right things on paper but didn’t feel happy or fulfilled in the way I knew I could.
WHY I had recurrent unfulfilling relational cycles.
WHY I didn’t understand what was going on in my own body and mind in a way that I could easily create intimacy with those around me.
WHY I would create what I desired just to destroy it or realise it wasn’t what I wanted after all.
I had a lot of WHY’S I wanted answers to, and after a long time of study and searching I found them!
I found the answers within myself, within my own blocks and patterns, and within my own power and embodiment.
I’ve spent the last 8+ years teaching embodiment through somatic and energetic inner work, and this is how I am able to bring this process to you in such a straight-forward, simple and transformative way.
It took me a whole lot of personal practice to become this good at simply alchemising my old wounds, patterns and traumatic memories into what I truly desire and deserve from life and love.
And I want the same for you!
